Hey Lovely Lady,
lets do lunch and learn!
Typically my Lunch and Learns average 45 minutes,and have a 10 person min requirement for live presentations and no min requirement for webinar presentations. They are packed full of leadership information, interaction, and an open question and answer session with the intent of creating a fun learning environment for individual and team awareness. My goal is to have each person in attendance come away from the Lunch and Learn,with at least one mind changing idea that will create a desire for motivation and improvement,which will impact both personal as well as organizational,measurable growth.
